Need For Speed news

Electronic Arts plans to publish, in addition to the regular version of the game Need For Speed: ProStreet also a Collector's Edition. This has already happened with NFS:Carbon, if anyone remembers. But, unfortunately, it is not yet known what differences will be present and what exclusive extras EA will include.
On the overseas Amazon.com site, the game can already be pre-ordered. On the same site the platforms on which the game is planned to be developed are listed.
Release Need For Speed: ProStreet is planned for PC, PS3, PS2, Xbox360, PSP, Nintendo DS and mobile phones.

Australian model Krystal Forscutt will become one of the NFS girls in
Need For Speed: ProStreet. She will turn 21 next month.
In the new NFS installment, Krystal will play one of two models who
give the signal to start the race at the starting line.

After a bikini shoot for men's magazine Zoo Weekly, Krystal was invited
by Electronic Arts to Vancouver, Canada. There the girl was photographed and filmed
for her role in Need For Speed: ProStreet. This is the first case where
an Australian woman has received a role in an EA game.

The Taiwanese Need For Speed site nfspc.tw has published the first version of the cover for the game disc Need For Speed: ProStreet. It is still not known for sure whether this image is official, since there are still 5 months left until the game's release.

Perhaps this is just not the final version of the EA guys' work, but it could also be that the Taiwanese made their own fan cover... It's up to you to judge!
