Audi TT RS Review in Need for Speed World

I outran the Skyline,
I outran the Impreza,
And you, A1, I'll catch on the straight no problem!

Happy birthday! The Audi TT RS has turned 9 months old in Need for Speed World. Those were glorious times when new cars were made available for rental, and the Audi TT was initially introduced only as a rental, and later it became available for permanent purchase. This move, to put it mildly, was slightly more than completely unjustified, since the car was quite weak in races. And so it was worth expecting its introduction for in-game currency. And now it has finally happened.

The car costs 480,000 IGC and is available for purchase from level 27 — just like the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34). It comes with the Amerikon Tuned parts kit installed.

Let's look at the body kits. As often happens, the best body kits are for in-game currency and the most expensive ones are for SpeedBoost; I won't show the 700 boost ones because they're dull.
Cash body kits:
1) Removes the spoiler, doesn't change the body
2) Changes the body and keeps the spoiler
3) Changes the body and removes the spoiler. I put the second one on mine.

The SpeedBoost body kits look quite decent, you could quite well buy one. The lowering is good.

Let's move from beauty to racing. The nitro boost on the TT is indeed the same as on the A1 — 225 km/h: Max speed with skills is 304 km/h, with nitro boost — 337.

Remember that wonderful day when handling was fixed for all cars? Turns out, for all except the TT. The car has terrible cornering. The kids won't appreciate it, yeah. It exits the second turn on Waterfront at under 220 km/h, and you have to try not to leave paint on the wall, which is sad.

The Audi TT is the second car contender for purchase at level 27. The first is the Nissan Skyline R34. Let's find out which is preferable to buy. In races, my opponent was the already familiar BMW M3. It was driving an R34 "Raven" and (suddenly) the new Subaru Impreza hatchback.

Still, it's nice that you fly ahead of everyone from the start. Even if only until the first turn, but still.

TT vs R34.
:: Waterfront — the TT wins by a small margin.
:: Blackwall Bridge — thanks to better handling, the R34 wins.

TT vs Subaru
:: Eagle Drive: the opponent failed the shortcut and fell far behind. The forces are roughly equal.
By the way, the Subaru's cornering is also better: on the hook it overtook the TT.

:: St. Petersburg Dam: surprisingly, the Subaru wins.

Conclusion: the Audi TT is still faster than the R34. It should be taken into account that the Raven has Gromlen Tune parts, while the TT has the weaker Amerikon. The TT can also be a competitor to the BMW Z4, Mazda RX-7 and similar.

All that's left is to talk about pursuits. And here the TT didn't let me down: in pursuits you just want to "nya" and "nya." It handles any cars magnificently, moreover, there's a very pleasant so-called "CRASH-BOOM" effect. You could say the Audi TT is the same Audi R8, but heavier and with nitro boost.

Appearance: 8/10
Body kits: 8/10
Racing: 2/10
Pursuits: 9/10 (only because perfection doesn't exist)
Average score 6.75/10

Why the Audi TT?
- It's a very beautiful car.
- It's a German car.
- Every cop's worst nightmare.
- Nitro boost from the Audi A1.

Why the R34?
- Better turning angle.
- It's a Japanese car.
- It's a "Fast and Furious" car.
- It has spoilers in the body kits.

Verdict: an excellent machine for free roam and pursuits, but weak in races. It's worth buying for its looks and to mess around with the nitro boost. Approved.
