NFSC ModTools 1.1 Update#2

Unofficial update for the utility pack by nfsu360.
Contains:

1)Corrected mp.txt file. Added dummies for placing the boss's or assistant's driver in the required spot; dummies for the police car doors in arrest scenes.
2)Added cop parts.txt file containing the names of police car parts.
3)Added texture name.txt file containing texture names.
4)Added the police car Porsche 911 GT2 source as a template for creating your own cop car.
