How to install: Extract the files from the archive. Use the program
MWTex to open the file CARSBMWM3GTRE46VINYLS.BIN (Right-click -> Load). Find line
number 34, select it, right-click -> Import,
select
the file Police.dds and click "Open". Next, select
line 116 and right-click -> Import, select the file
Police_MASK.dds. Close the program. Don't forget to
make a backup copy of the VINYLS.BIN file!
