How to install: Extract the files from the archive. Open the CARSRX8VINYLS.BIN file using the
MWTex program (right-click -> Load). Find line
number 19, select it, right-click -> Import, choose the
file RX8NFMEXICO.dds and click "Open". Next, select
line 156 and right-click -> Import, choose the file
RX8NFMEXICO_MASK.dds. Close the program. Don't forget
to make a backup copy of the VINYLS.BIN file!
