How to install: Extract the files from the archive. Open the file CARSRX8VINYLS.BIN using the program
MWTex (Right click -> Load). Find the line
number 19, select it, right-click -> Import, select
the file RX8NFMEXICO.dds and click "Open". Next, select
line 156 and right-click -> Import, select the file
RX8NFMEXICO_MASK.dds. Close the program. Don't forget
to make a backup copy of the VINYLS.BIN file!
