All Cars - Glowing Patch

Vinyl suitable for any car makes the car
shimmer with different colors.
How to install: Extract all files from the archive. For installation
you will need the BinTex program, which can be downloaded from our
"programs" section in the NFS Underground category.
Open BinTex, then File -> Open, select the file from the game folder
in the CarsSupraVinyls.bin directory. (Or instead of Supra, the folder of the
car you want to install the vinyl on will do).
Find line 673, click Texture -> Import and select the file
stripe1.dds. Next, find line 124, also Texture -> Import and
select stripe1mask.dds now. After all this, click
File -> Save. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the Vinyls.bin file
