EA Press Conference at GAMESCOM 2010

Today, August 17, at 18:00 Moscow time EA games holds a press conference.

The event is taking place at The Palladium exhibition center in the German city of Cologne as part of Europe's largest video game exhibition GAMESCOM 2010. You will be able to see new trailers, news, as well as previews of the latest EA games.

What could be seen regarding NFS Hot Pursuit:
1) The player's car also has damage. When damage reaches probably 100%, the race or chase will end for you.
2) The cops are driving:
Pagani Zonda;
Porsche Panamera;
Porsche 911 (uncertain);
Dodge Challenger;
3) Available to the player:
Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione;
Audi TT RS;
Mercedes Gullwing;
Shelby GT500;
Nissan GT-R;
Porsche 911 RS GT3;
4) Cops use:
Roadblocks (with a huge hole in the middle, just like in Most Wanted);
Spikes (separate from roadblocks);
Spikes dropped from a helicopter;
5) Also:
The game features a day and night cycle.
(Presumably) There is a "Blacklist", similar to Most Wanted;
A system similar to mobile Asphalt Urban GT has appeared: you can not only overtake an opponent, but also temporarily immobilize them (knock them off the track).
