Installer update for add-on cars

Today nfsu360 published a news item in his blog about a new installer for add-on cars.
What's new in version 3.0:
- Full support for ALL versions of the game!
- A new algorithm for removing mods. Copies of the replaced car's files are automatically placed in CARS***CARSETUP_UNINSTALL.
