nfs-action.ru - major changes

Today I made several changes to the site policy, which undoubtedly should not go unnoticed.
First. The administration team has changed. Again. I hope the guys will make good admins. View the administration roster. I want to apologize right away and express my gratitude to Jaroslav and Most Vovchik for their efforts.
Second. Though some may consider this dishonest, I deleted all comments from certain users that, as it seemed to me most of all, had no meaningful content.
Third. Site rules have been edited. No points are now awarded for comments, while at the same time, the price for files has increased.

From August 6: submission of screenshots in the MW and Carbon categories has resumed, but each user can submit no more than 5 screenshots at a time, regardless of category.
