New programs were added today - BinTex 0.4 by Arushan'a. Now the program opens car textures not only from
the first Underground, but also from MW.

The second program - Mwtex 0.01, is similar to the first. The same functions and similar design.

These programs export vinyl textures and other textures to DDS format. That's why I posted a plugin for Photoshop,
which allows you to open and edit these files. You can download BinTex 0.4, Mwtex 0.01 and the plugin in the
programs.
