First of all, I want to thank everyone who plays Need for Speed Rivals. It was you who made the game a worldwide hit. And thanks to your dedication to Need for Speed, we are even more eager to do more for you.

The entire Ghost Games team in Gothenburg is full of enthusiasm for the Need for Speed series, and Rivals is only the first step. We live to create and constantly improve games... Games at the forefront of technology and innovation. But most importantly, we live to create games that captivate our fans.
A new game is on our agenda now, and we promise: we will listen to your voice. We will give you the game you want. It will be the game you rightly deserve. Admittedly, creating it will take some time...

We have made the decision not to release Need for Speed in 2014 and to work properly to release an absolutely innovative version of Need for Speed in 2015. We know what you want. And we will bring it to life in the new game.

But that does not mean we will be silent until the new game is released. From this day on, we will be meeting with you constantly: we need your help to determine the future of Need for Speed.
