Patch for the licensed version from SoftClub

I think many MW fans remember what the Russian license from SoftClub. Yes, this is a complete translation of the game—voiceover, video and text, all in Russian. But it has one quirk that makes you abandon using it in favor of various repacks and builds: mods(cars, lighting, various gameplay mods) based on the modloader do not work correctly. But everything has changed...

Not long ago, my foreign colleague, ArturoPlayerOne, decided to ask me about adding to Need for Speed™ Most Wanted Community Patch 1.4 corrected Russian localization files, and I told him how things stand with Russian localizations (both licensed and pirated). As a result, a patch appeared, designed to fix and improve the operation of the mod loader on the SoftClub license.

The patch is primarily intended for those who happened to become owners of the Russian license from SoftClub, and have neither the opportunity nor the desire to download/ reinstall. It will also be useful for those who like to experiment with the game, or for those who are tired of repacks and various builds.
