Need for Speed moves to China

Electronic Arts is preparing to release a sequel to the Need for Speed film adaptation. As has been reported, the film will be shot jointly with Chinese studios Jiaflix Enterprises and 1905 Pictures.

“We are intrigued by the opportunity to work with Electronic Arts, one of the most famous companies in the world. We are also very pleased that a large part of Need for Speed 2 will be filmed in China. The film will feature far more elements and talent from China than before,” noted Yin Cao, chairman of China Movie Channel.
