SnowRunner: Season 19 will send players to the Swiss Alps
Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment have revealed the contents of SnowRunner's 19th season. This time, players will be tackling the off-road in the snow-covered Swiss Alps, where they will be entrusted with restoring a mountain observatory. The expansion is promised for release by the end of October.
Where players will go
The nineteenth season of SnowRunner will take drivers to the Swiss Alps. The winter location will host several activities at once: scientific research, tourism festivals, and the development of public infrastructure. The main task the expansion sets for players is to bring a cutting-edge space observatory back to life.
Three maps and avalanches
Three winter maps have been prepared for the season. In addition to the familiar snow, drivers will face harsh weather conditions and the threat of avalanches, which will make route planning and cargo transportation more difficult.
New vehicles
The fleet will be replenished with two vehicles:
- Wortek 250T — a heavy truck;
- Derry Savior — a highly maneuverable 8x8 heavy truck with three steerable axles.
When to expect it
According to the developers, the release of the 19th season should take place by the end of October.
