Forza Horizon 6: City Life brings Tokyo tracks, IKEA furniture and PR Stunts cleanup

The City Life update for Forza Horizon 6 puts its chips on Tokyo racing: the game has added two permanent routes and an IKEA furniture set for the garage. In addition, Playground Games made Festival Playlist progression easier and announced a reset of PR Stunts records.

The City Life update turns Forza Horizon 6 toward city racing in the Japanese capital. Along with new points on the map, the patch brought items for garage customization and revised the approach to rewards.

Tokyo cements its place on the schedule

Tokyo has gained Edo Circuit Road Race and Shuto Charge Street Race. These races are no longer tied to a temporary event: they remain in the game as permanent routes.

Garage, IKEA and playlist gifts

An IKEA Prop Pack item set has been prepared for garage decoration. Three cars are listed in the Festival Playlist: Honda S660 Alpha 2016, Citroën Ami 2025 and Fiat Panda 1987. Body upgrades are provided for the first two.

To mark the 25th anniversary of Xbox and Halo, all players will receive a special livery for the GR GT Prototype 2025. And the Master Chief suit can be unlocked by completing the second week's photo challenge.

Cars will become more accessible

Playground Games has reduced the number of Festival Playlist points required to unlock new cars. The studio explained this as a response to community requests: rewards should be more widely accessible, including to those who play without online activities.

Edamame will return, records will be reset

Edamame Time Attack Circuit will return to the game — a track familiar from the Horizon Mascot Party series. In addition, the developers will reset PR Stunts results. The reason is the elimination of exploits used to set implausible figures. Accumulated progress in the Collection Journal will not be lost: entries already unlocked will remain.
