Wrote a poem about Need for Speed. Read it and rate it.

A user of our site under the nickname Djerry Mays wrote a poem about NFS. Of course, it’s written unprofessionally (meter and rhyme aren’t always observed), but don’t judge him too harshly! Personally, I like the ending...

Underground, Most Wanted, Carbon and Pro Street,
Time flies while playing through them.
Undercover, Hot Pursuit and Porshe Unleashed,
Only a whistle remains in our ears.
Powerful cars, a healthy engine,
That’s what we need for a race, buddy.
We don’t know the limit of speed,
And even cops are no match for us.
We smash fences and destroy bridges,
And the cops fall behind us.
And if there’s not a penny in your pocket,
Hurry to the start, buddy:
Earn some cash, take down your enemies,
Give all the losers a calm play off.
Then everyone will start recognizing you,
Watching or photographing, and respecting you.
Become the king of the virtual road,
Feel like an outlaw "in law."
And this game is capable of that,
And all NFS fans know it,
And neither Test Drive nor Grid can compare with it,
Because this is native, this is our Need for Speed.
