Need for Speed Undercover Released for iPhone and iPod Touch

Today EA Mobile released the long-awaited version of Need for Speed Undercover for iPhone and iPod Touch. After months of hard work, the company has brought a mobile game to market that guarantees plenty of excitement. Here is what Levi Buchanan of IGN.com says: “The game is exceptionally fast, especially when using the touch-screen nitrous button. Moreover, the graphics surpass anything you have seen on iPhone so far.”

We asked the folks at EA Mobile to send us information about the game’s features and, we must admit, we were impressed. Here is what awaits us:
• You can control the car by changing the tilt angle of your phone or player.
• Activation of Nitrous boost (nitro boost) and Speedbreaker (speed breaker) is triggered by touch.
• There are eight race modes, including Highway Battle, Sprint and Cop Takeout.
• There is a choice of 20 cars, including the Porsche Carrera GT and Lamborghini Gallardo.
• Incredible 3D graphics and a wide camera angle deliver a stunning effect.
• 24 covert assignments give access to challenging secret missions, each of which is displayed on an interactive map.
• You can earn bonuses to stats such as Speed, Boost, Acceleration and Handling.
• To upgrade your car, there are additional wheels, spoilers, tuning kits and paint schemes.
• Missions and updates are presented as cinematic-quality clips. Detective Chase Lin is played by Hollywood star Maggie Q!
