Made a small update. First, 8 programs for NFS4: High Stakes:

Then another little program for Need For Speed 7: Underground. I somehow dug it up back in
the day. Maybe it will be useful to someone now.

And found a 100% save for Need For Speed 9: Most Wanted:
Full Save. Better than the old one in that the challenges
(series of races) are completed.

And finally, two new programs for Need For Speed: Carbon. Many people have probably encountered
this problem: you download a save, and it doesn't work. Or after reinstalling the system, the profile started
giving an error and stubbornly refused to load. It's all because of different serial numbers.
