Speed DOF Mod for NFS SHIFT (field of view change)

The proposed mod changes the level of image blur when driving at high speed.

There are two modification options:
- low blur effect, in which the image becomes slightly sharper compared to the default mode;
- disabled blur effect, and the image becomes completely sharp.

To install the desired option, extract the corresponding file from the downloaded archive IGPHASEACTIVATE.bff into the folder Pakfiles. Make a backup copy of the file being replaced first!
