Online servers shutting down

According to reports from the official blog of Electronic Arts, online servers will be shut down for NFS: Carbon and NFS: ProStreet. At the same time, only PSP servers will be closed, while owners of PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 will not be affected by the shutdown at all. EA justifies its decision by the fact that server load is only 0.3% of peak. The servers will cease operation on March 16.

Previously, the following servers had already been closed:
- Need for Speed: Underground for PlayStation 2
- Need for Speed: Underground 2 for PC, PlayStation 2 and Xbox
- Need for Speed: Most Wanted for PlayStation Portable and Xbox
