Enter anywhere in the menu:

TP 00-15 - drive a traffic car (in Arcade mode)

ACAR - extra car

BCAR - extra car

CCAR - extra car

DCOP - extra police car

ECOP - extra police car

FCOP - extra police car

CARS - get all cars

TRACKS - unlocks all tracks

GOFAST - engine tuning (Engine) (in Arcade mode)

MONKEY - automatic transmission setting (in Arcade mode)

MOON - low gravity mode (in Arcade mode)

MADLAND - total opponent madness (in Arcade mode)

BUY - free purchase (in Career mode)

UP0 - no upgrades (Upgrade) (in Career mode)

UP1 - 1st Upgrade (in Career mode)

UP2 - 2nd Upgrade (in Career mode)

UP3 - 3rd Upgrade (in Career mode)

GATES - increase cash (in Career mode)

ALLTIERS - unlock all levels

OUTMYWAY - lets you complete a level in any car

RESETYA - lets you reset all opponents to the start using the horn (horn)


Using any HEX editor, open the PLAYERS.CDB file located

in the directory where 'Need for Speed 4 : High Stakes' is installed.

Usually PLAYERS.CDB is located at the following path:

"C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsNeed For Speed High StakesSaveDataDB"

Then find the offset (offset) 3E and enter FF as a HEX value.

Then at offset 3F enter 55 as a HEX value.

Now you have $3500000000!
