How to install: Copy GEOMETRY.BIN and TEXTURES.BIN from the Mercedes SLR folder to:
..NFS Underground 2CARSGTO

Use NFS-CfgInstaller to import the car configuration from the Mercedes SLRslr.u2car file into:
..NFS Underground 2

Use NFS-TexEd to install MANUFACTURERSLR and SECONDARYLOGOSLR.
Using NFS-TexEd, open the FrontB.lzc file at ...NFS Underground 2FRONTEND .
Find line 235 CARSELECTMANUFACTURER_ and replace it with the MANUFACTURERSLR.dds file,
then find line 84 SECONDARYLOGOGTO and replace it with the SECONDARYLOGO_SLR.dds file.
Save.

Use NFS-LangEd to change the car name in the game.
Open the English.bin file from the LANGUAGES folder and find ID #514 GTO, change it to SLR,
Save.

This completes the installation... enjoy the game.
