New Effects and Textures For NFSMW

Description: A mod that replaces some textures and effects, namely:
brake discs, exhaust flames (there is much more of it), tire marks,
smoke (with a thicker one), scratches (they have become larger and wider).
How to install:
From the "программа" folder launch "Texmod.exe", click on the "Packege Mod" tab,
specify the path to the exe* file by clicking the button in the "Taget application" section,
click the "Brorse" button, in the "Select Packages" section, select the mod from the folder of the same name
and click the "Run" button.

WARNING! This mod is not compatible with Mod Loader!!
It can be used online, like a regular texture mod.
