How to install: Extract the files from the archive. Open the file using the program
MWTex CARSA4VINYLS.BIN (right-click -> Load). Find line
number 67, select it, right-click -> Import, select
the file A4DTMphoenix-racing.dds and click "Open". Next, select
line 155 and right-click -> Import, select the file
A4DTM phoenix-racingMASK.dds. Close the program. Don't forget
to make a backup copy of the VINYLS.BIN file!
