New light from headlights

This mod adds new light from the headlights.
How to install: 1.Extract the files from the archive;
2.Open the file GlobalGlobalB.lzc using TexEd;
3.Open Texture archive 1, import the files with the same names from folder 1, save;
4.Open Texture archive 2, import the files with the same names from folder 2, save;
5.Close the program;
6.Perform the same actions with the file GLOBALB.BUN.
