NoBarrierMod

This mod removes barriers in the game world, such as:
- Barriers in races. Now during a race you can drive around the city, as well as cut (in 98% of cases, cutting will cause you to fail the race, because you won't be able to finish. If you want to cut properly, watch the bots or just drive around the track looking for shortcuts out of interest).
- Barriers to closed areas. Very useful if you have started a new career. Now you can participate in pursuits in closed areas or just explore the area.
- The barrier to the closed bridge. The excavator with a pile of sand is removed. Now you can flee from the cops like in the final race.

From the author:
- During races, the minimap does not load fully, only the part where the track passes. This is not a bug, but a game feature.
- On the map of closed areas, a lock remains. This is also not a bug. I think it can be fixed.
- Shortcuts are not always successful. In most cases you cannot finish.
How to install: 1) Extract the speed.exe file.
2) Make a copy of the original speed.exe file from your game.
3) Move the speed.exe file to the game folder with replacement.
