Using NFS-VltEd(https://nfs-tools.blogspot.com/p/downloads.html), click File - Open and specify the path to the game. Next, without closing the program, click File - Import - ModScript (or Ctrl+I) and import RUFRKSPD08.nfsms. Save. Launch the game and create a new profile.
