Enhanced Tuning Options
Enhanced Tuning Options — a mod for NFS: Carbon by El Nico that rewrites the performance tuning sliders and fixes their behavior. Version 1.0.
What changes:
* engine: options with genuine power and torque gains, including balanced setups;
* transmission: reworked acceleration tuning no longer cuts top speed;
* suspension: understeer/oversteer labels finally match the effect, and there is a 1:1 aero mode as in Most Wanted;
* nitrous: balanced and slightly boosted options for both slider positions;
* tires: fixed vanilla tuning and a separate drift option;
* brakes and turbo/supercharger: adjusted values instead of the controversial vanilla ones.
Important to know:
* requires Attribulator + OGVI; Binary or Binarius is optional;
* only one option is selected per category (or none);
* the mod is compatible with everything that supports Attribulator + OGVI;
* includes uninstallers for the vanilla game, Improvement Mod v2, Ultimate Mod, and CBR;
* Binary/Binarius on Endgame Mod corrupts some Endgame textures — keep that in mind;
* the second part of the installation is only needed so that the labels and tooltips in the menu match the actual effect of the sliders.
