How to install: Extract the files from the archive. Open the file CARSA3VINYLS.BIN using MWTex (right-click -> Load). Find line number 180, select it, right-click -> Import, select the file A3NFJAPAN and click "Open". Next, select line 268 and right-click -> Import, select the file A3NFJAPAN_MASK Close the program. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the VINYLS.BIN file!
