NFS ProStreet Camera Controller

Adds the ability to move the camera in any direction in the game.
Keys:
U = Up
J = Down
Y = Forward
H = Back
I = Left
O = Right
K = FOV decrease (field of view)
L = FOV increase (field of view)
T = Locked camera view (needed for inside view)
F = Free camera view
+ = Increase Lag (free view only)
- = Decrease Lag (free view only)
